  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photographs of the product and packaging).

1.2. Products are not eligible for return if:

  • They are used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The issue is due to customer mishandling or negligence.

2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order ID, details of the issue, and photographs of the product.

2.2. After approval, we will arrange for the product to be picked up or guide you on how to return it.

2.3. The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all tags and accessories.


3. Refund Process

3.1. Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • If the return is approved, a full refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days after we receive the product and verify its condition.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

3.2. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer. You will need to share your bank account details.


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via email or phone.
4.2. If cancellation is successful, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.


5. Return Shipping Charges

5.1. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product), the shipping cost will be borne by us.
5.2. If the return is for any other reason, the customer will need to bear the return shipping charges.


6. Non-Returnable Items
