1.2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges

2.1. Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, order weight, and volume.
2.2. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
2.3. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on promotional items or orders above a specific amount.

3. Delivery Time

3.1. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Local Deliveries (Delhi NCR): 2-3 business days
  • National Deliveries (India): 5-7 business days
    3.2. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or service disruptions.

4. Order Tracking

4.1. Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared with you via email or SMS.
4.2. Customers can use the tracking ID to monitor the status and location of their order.

5. Delivery Areas

5.1. We currently deliver to most cities and towns across India.
5.2. If your delivery location is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of order placement.

6. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

6.1. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs of the package and product.
6.2. In case of missing items, inform us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Delivery Attempts

7.1. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two more times.
7.2. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us, and you may need to bear additional shipping charges for reshipment.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping services are not available at this time.
